Tropical Christmas Wonderland

THE LORE

Once upon a time, the Kingdom of Lights gleamed so brightly, even the stars bowed in respect. It was once the beacon of all 13 realms—the land where hope made its home.

But as the years passed, something dimmed. Not all at once, no. The light faded slowly, gently, like a candle forgetting its own flame. The great Lumora, source of radiant power and joy, grew cold. The towers grayed. The songs faded. And so, too, did the memory of the people of the Kingdom.

In that quiet time, when others feared our end, one rose with a different fire.
King Kai stood tall—not with sword or crown, but with faith. Oh yes, he believed. Deep in his heart, he knew what many forgot: “Light may leave the sky, but never the soul.”

Every full moon, he summoned the wisest of us—the dreamers, the elders, the guardians of memory, to ask the ancient stars and search the scrolls of old. For a long time, silence answered.

Until one night, Queen Iyanka, the Oracle of the Kingdom, saw it. A new star—brilliant, bold, and calling. It danced across the sky, as if whispering secrets only the faithful could hear. She said to King Kai:
“There is a star, my King. New. Moving. Calling. It bears the markings of royalty.”
Without hesitation, Kai declared: “Then we must follow.”
And he did not go alone.

THE RETURN OF LIGHT

The Great Procession

On their way home, they met a curious, joyful soul—his cheeks red as berries, his heart full of cheer. Claus, he called himself. With him came twinkling elves and gifts wrapped in laughter. He, too, had followed the star.
And upon seeing the child, he too made a vow:
“Every year, I shall remember this Light. I will go to every land, young and old, sharing the joy of His holy birth.”
And so the spirit of Christmas was born anew.
When King Kai returned with his companions whole and the Lumora fully aglow, the Kingdom awakened.
The towers blazed like dawn.
The people sang like rivers in spring.
The skies painted themselves in hues long forgotten.
And now, every year, we honour that journey with the Great Procession.
We don’t just celebrate Christmas. We remember what it means to follow a star, to choose faith over fear, to walk into the unknown with courage, and to receive the Light that was always waiting to return.
